I have seen a lot of unjust persecutions begin with a FIR. Can the victims file a FIR to stop the prosecutions?

What she said is not wrong, just extremely hard to swallow in the face of nationalist pride. The game that has always been played is Kashmir being a part of India versus Pakistan. While Kashmir certainly cannot be a part of Pakistan, Kashmir's will as an individual sovereign state has been ignored and nullified since forever. There is a genuine separatist sentiment that is labelled by Indian media forcefully as "terrorism" just to keep up the façade of a flawless united country. It is a sentiment far more different from Khalistanis. J&K prosperity and stability has always been a problem because of being sandwiched between India, Pakistan and China. China forcefully annexes border parts of India across the North and Eastern states, while Pakistan is always at war with India.
It is a sentiment far more different from Khalistanis.
Is it more widespread?
What do you mean? Only Kashmiris care about Kashmir. Indians do not in general, they just want J&K under India on the map.
What she did?
What are fellow lemming's opinions on her remark?
I don't think it is worth anti-nation. At the same time, I don't think Pak gaining control over the region would be good for us.
I haven't seen the vid/audio of the remark, only read about it.
