This week on Taking Stock, Chives provided a spoken overview of the shareholder proposal process - how to check eligibility to submit, how to send your proposal, and what happens afterwards.
I felt this was a fantastic episode and we covered a ton of ground. There were also some great questions from the community following the overview. This is an evergreen episode and may be helpful every proposal season - and likely, we'll revisit this topic in a few months closer to the collective 2024 deadline.
