Water storage

I have a question regarding hydration bladders. I use Source brand bladders and would like to fill one to keep in my car for emergencies. I wouldn't drink from it until an emergency and it would come in with me every night after work. It would stay in my car for my travel and shift. How long can fresh water be stored in a bladder?
