The article is badly written and jumps around a lot. What I got out of it though is that it is now an admitted ponzi scheme? "You may notice us advertising our upcoming event. This is a part of the new business model to trade out of this insolvency. How this works is using ticket sales of future events to firstly pay any and all outstanding company invoices then secondly to produce revenue to pay the next events invoices. At a sacrifice of us not generating a profit from this event but instead ensuring any and all relevant [parties] past and future are paid."
