Wouldn't it be possible to embed 1mm heat pipes or a vapor chamber to improve the heat spread for the more power hungry CPUs?

It surely will be more expensive than a solid piece of copper but for the more hungry CPUs like the Ryzen 9, a higher heat dissipation could lead to a higher TDP, more stability and better temps.
