Everything in the Middle East is built be slave labor. The ship in Third Country Nationals from places like Nepal and take their passports once in country.
I feel like they actually use more ethical methods for their prestige projects, just because dead workers are bad PR.
There is no PR. The only PR that even came out about it was due to the World Cup. But that was conveniently swept under the rug.
