Not that any of it makes sense, but what is the alive vs dead part about? What is their "logic" as to why there is any difference?

[–] [email protected] 132 points 9 months ago* (last edited 9 months ago) (2 children)

You "summon" spirits, aka dead people. Since they're alive, they can't be summoned. They should instead be invited. That's my guess.

Is all cirque du soleil levels of mental gymnastics and logical jumps to conclusions.

Alto notice, "my person" for they think legally they're different from their legal ID. And the idea that they must only respond to a crime charges if there's a person injured. As they have weird beliefs of how private property and crimes against property work, due to their weird misconception of legality.

Pffft. Lol. That's probably it. It's mind-blowing that people like this exist. Such stupidity.

Wow, instead of being "three bricks short of a load" these people are like a few pallets short.

I've seen like 3 or 4 of these posts recently on here and IMO they're more odd than all the QAnon posts.

they’re more odd than all the QAnon posts

Those two Venn diagrams are nearly a circle.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 9 months ago

True, maybe because QAnon has been "normalized" since it has been in the news for years now, but these people just seem so much more bizarre to me.

That's what I've noticed the most about these Sovereign Shitizens - they think legalese is just spinning words and they can just identify their legal status based on their own definitions thereof. They all lack one basic understanding of sovereignty - enforcement and self-defense. If you truly are sovereign prove it. Repel the invasion of our military and you will have earned your sovereignty.

[–] [email protected] 32 points 9 months ago* (last edited 9 months ago)

They're convinced that legalese is a magical language and if they say the right words in the right way, they'll become immune to the law.

They remind me of Cargo Cults.

There’s one other piece besides defending yourself. Building a collation of entities that acknowledge your sovereignty. Guess their probability of that happening.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 9 months ago (1 children)

Uh they would just all get together like a bunch of Jerry's and shake each other's hands "oh YOU agree sovereign" "no you are sovereign"

Me and the squad endorsing each other’s LinkedIn skills

lmao thanks for the laughs

SCs are really nothing but misinterpretations and word salad and jumping to conclusions. Reading their stuff is an exercise in losing your mind.

Does the poster think that a summons is like a seance? Like they are summoning them back from beyond the grave? Lol

[–] [email protected] 8 points 9 months ago (1 children)

1 sovereign citizen is very angry with you

[–] [email protected] 7 points 9 months ago

That's fine, I have a socialized police force to protect me (supposedly, let's not get to far into reality here) that has been afforded to me by my tax dollars and subject citizenship.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 9 months ago

Lol I was really puzzling over that one too. What the fuck does being dead have to do with it? A court can’t send a summons to a dead person. So…?

[–] [email protected] 34 points 9 months ago

It baffles me every time I see a sov cit state there is no victim, because the plaintiff is the state, that they can’t figure out that the state is representing the citizens of that state, who are the victims.

[–] [email protected] 17 points 9 months ago (3 children)

How is an invitation better than a summons? Lol.

[–] [email protected] 76 points 9 months ago* (last edited 9 months ago) (2 children)

Well they could be summoned in defense mode, they would be placed sideways and face down.

[–] [email protected] 33 points 9 months ago (1 children)

Or alternatively, they could come down with Summoning Sickness and not be able to attack or use their activated ability until the next turn.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 9 months ago

Unless they have Haste

[–] [email protected] 5 points 9 months ago (1 children)

ackshuly that's called a set, except in this case, since i have this other thing that lets me consider my set to be a special summon, allowing me to...

When you start summoning things, you never know what else they'll bring with them from the other side.

[–] [email protected] 9 points 9 months ago

In their heads, they can decline an invitation.

[–] [email protected] 16 points 9 months ago (2 children)

These things aren’t real, are they?

[–] [email protected] 19 points 9 months ago* (last edited 9 months ago)

I don't know about this one, but we had a group of these around here a couple of years back. They largely flew under the radar until their leader one day decided enough was enough, marched to the nearest military based and asked to see the commander. She then handed him a list of people to arrest including the president, every member of the government and a couple of other high profile people. In comparison that the screenshot seems fairly tame, so I'll believe it.

[–] [email protected] 9 points 9 months ago

They're very real. The posts I've seen in the various groups I'm in are wild.

They only have to start paying you once you're in prison
