I think part of the problem is there are many who are taking advantage so they can take their fake service animal everywhere with them.

Anyone can buy a service dog vest on Amazon and there are stores on eBay and such selling fake certificates and licensees .

With one of these they can bring their fur baby everywhere with them.

And yes not all real service animals can be identified easily I have a friend with one that alerts her if she is going to have a seizure. I wish I could tall how it does that. She has run into people questioning her bringing it into places before too,

I'm not going to confront someone even if I feel they are not real but there are those that do. Probably the same people who make places with deed restrictions something I would never consider buying into.

@[email protected] I would have straight white person lost it, this Karen needs to check herself. A service dog is pretty easy to tell, they are calm, focused on their owners and sedate even in stressful situations… exactly like this extremely good boy.

@[email protected] Service dogs are trained professionals. They behave better than most humans!

@[email protected] Public Service message: If you witness this occurring, politely inform the interloper that they have a single decision to make and that is MOVE ON, otherwise the authorities will be notified and they will get arrested for harassment, ADA violations, and trespass (provided the management is aware).

@[email protected] Most dogs are vastly nicer to be around than most people, if there's a dog in a store, I'm fine with that if it's behaving itself and is well socialised.
