Not sure how I feel about this one. I happen to like the replacement opening better, but I disliked the precedent of changing the stories in response to a few complaints. I don't think there is anything wrong with this deleted scene.

This clip is missing a couple of seconds where Bandit grabs his gut which happens just after this. Search for 'Bluey fat shaming' and you'll get lots of news stories about this episode.

I do really start my exercise by pressing play - pretty much like the new episode start. But I have also stepped onto a scale / grabbed my gut and been dissatisfied with the number I saw.

I like the replacement opening, I dislike the idea that the gang at Ludo need to alter their stories or answer to outrage culture.

Yeah this is just someone’s private moment, that we all have experienced, in cartoon form. There’s nothing wrong with that.
