Fixed it, I had to delete the images

Delete the - ALLOW_EMPTY_PASSWORD=no
Look at using docker-compose as you'll likely want to connect other containers to that DB so you don't have MariaDB containers everywhere

Once you're using docker-compose you no longer need to store user credentials in plaintext which is really not the best practice

This is what I'm editing.
It's hard to tell what part of the compose is erroring out, and I can't test it currently, but is the error for the MariaDB password or the WordPress password (set with WORDPRESS_PASSWORD)?
