Removing under rule #3 - your question has been answered, but check the sidebar for suggestions on communities that do offer support.
This is not a support community, seriously why is there so much confusion arpund that does no one read the rules???
Even if they didn't, AskReddit is one of the biggest subs how come people don't know how this is supposed to work?

If so, I'm sorry, I'm really not blaming you or telling you guys to do a better work, at least not directly, I used to browse askreddit by new sometimes and support questions didn't appear that frequently so in principle I brlive this is a problem of "culture" and people being lazy not reading the rules...
