You are a mod right? (Can't check because I'm on phone right now but I kind of remember seeing you before)
If so, I'm sorry, I'm really not blaming you or telling you guys to do a better work, at least not directly, I used to browse askreddit by new sometimes and support questions didn't appear that frequently so in principle I brlive this is a problem of "culture" and people being lazy not reading the rules...
