I believe they have disabled the functionality to enourage people to move to other instances and spread out.

If so, I'm sorry, I'm really not blaming you or telling you guys to do a better work, at least not directly, I used to browse askreddit by new sometimes and support questions didn't appear that frequently so in principle I brlive this is a problem of "culture" and people being lazy not reading the rules...
