I've been finding it more and more difficult to keep good habits as my routine changes with the shorter days and wetter weather. Have been skipping going to the gym, and find myself thinking of food more often than usual during fasts.
I've also taken up weight training again. I find indoor exercise to be easier in the winter. But I do find I'm significantly weaker during a fast, so need to figure out how to set my goals.
But all things considered, it's going well. Taking it one day at a time and making the best of the winter.
