I found one study that found that 100% of people who breathe oxygen die, but I found another study that found that 100% of people who don't breathe oxygen die!

[-] [email protected] 16 points 10 months ago

Technically not 100%, a modern study has shown that there are 8 billion people who breathe oxygen currently living!

I found a study where they were able to exclude those examples from the data set for various reasons. :P

Can't live with it, can't live without it.

_Oxygen

what is it about it?_

[-] [email protected] 7 points 10 months ago

Science is a hoax confirmed

Every time!!

The trick is to find a partner while you're still alive. Screw those single persons!

[-] [email protected] 13 points 10 months ago

Everyone who writes on a blackboard ends up dying

[-] [email protected] 16 points 10 months ago

Yeah, I only use Post-it notes and I have never died.

[-] [email protected] 9 points 10 months ago

Coincidence? I don't think so

AI generated images are getting more impressive.

[-] [email protected] 6 points 10 months ago

Pretty sure Timo draws his own cartoons, what makes you believe it's AI?

If you zoom into the shading and into the professor’s face, you’ll see that the lineart is all wonky.

edit: I checked out his blog, he also has ai generated cartoons there, and his non-ai generated cartoons are more clean and vector-y

Looks pretty human to me ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Edit: Damn, well spotted! That is very impressive, though.

[-] [email protected] 4 points 10 months ago

Wow these are pretty funny actually

[-] [email protected] 4 points 10 months ago

Also the shmutz on that student's desk.

[-] [email protected] 3 points 10 months ago

Is this that cel shading I've heard so much about?

[-] [email protected] 7 points 10 months ago

Dang, it sucks that death somehow causes misunderstandings of empiricism

[-] [email protected] 6 points 10 months ago

I need this on a shirt

[-] [email protected] 5 points 10 months ago
[-] [email protected] 2 points 10 months ago

that's not even correlation

[-] [email protected] 2 points 10 months ago

Agreed, the correlation between 2 random variables is undefined if one of the variables is actually a constant (the formula reduces to 0/0)

[-] [email protected] 1 points 10 months ago

Every single person who does not confuse lives forever? Good.

[-] [email protected] -1 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago)

so does everyone else

And that, my friends, is the joke
