As someone that was an amateur last season; you need to pick the best two early on and cut off the rest and water, water, water.

How would you determine the best two? Would it be the ones with the most leaves growing off the stem? And how long to wait before deciding? Thanks for the advice.

Pretty much what I did, most leaves, nice uniform fruit.

I did it once the fruit was about 10cm.

Be sure to check the underside of the leaves for baddies.
