Old posts from up to a year ago have randomly started showing up in my feed and it’s starting to drive me insane. I believe all you need to do to bump a post is to edit it. I have no idea why this would ever need to be a feature in Lemmy, though.

I think its a bug with old versions of lemmy?

That's what i was thinking. A drawback with the ferdiverse. I guess one could message their admins to update the instance.

edit: that being said, i feel like beehaw is diligent about everything, so i wouldn't be surprised if this is a new bug.
