Breadtube if it didn't suck.

Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.

Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.

There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.

A friend of mine is constantly telling me "JRPGs arent RPGS because blah blah choices blah" and I would always counter "well they have their historical roots in tabletop rpgs so the label isnt inaccurate" and I based that on a video that i couldnt find. And i FOUND it. Its not actually that hard to find lmao <3 I just wasnt trying that hard because I instead pointed them to an Extra Credits video about the differences between JRPGs and WRPGs and why those are innacurate labels and how genre names for video games just suck in general.

But here is a fucking VIDEO that explains the direct line between D&D to Ultima to Dragon Quest. FUCKING FINALLY.

Experiancing games through other people can be a lot of fun! Im especially glad you were able to experiance that with X because theres a lot of cool things about it. Can you link that playthrough btw?

I realized that the playthrough I watched wasn't actually a full playthrough, and I think it stops not long after they

It's her all-time favorite game (had a big influence on her, including inspiring her to try to become a voice actor IIRC), and she has a habit of not finishing playthroughs because it's too sad to finish the game. From the VTuber Wiki:

Her number one game of all time is Final Fantasy X, which she has played on stream several times. She owns at least five copies of the game on different platforms, and has played the game at least 12 times, although many were never completed because she didn't want the game to end. The first time she ever played FFX, she sank into a deep depression for two weeks after completing it. Since the release of the Final Fantasy X remastered edition for Windows in 2016, she has streamed the game approximately once per year.

However, she did do a full playthrough not long after the one I watched—here's the playlist! I should go back and watch it from where the old one left off so I can see it through to the end.
