Make stews, they are easy to do slow in a slow cooker or fast in a pressure cooker. You can cut carbs by serving it over mashed garlic cauliflower.

I make a really good chicken stew with onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken stock, garlic, and chicken thighs. Chop them all up throw it in a pressure cooker or slow cooker and when it has stewed for a good amount of time add peanut butter and some hot sauce.

It is creamy and a bit spicy.

I’m sure it’s good but the mashed cauliflower part is vile. I refuse to eat that again. So is cauliflower “Mac and cheese”, even covered in Buffalo sauce

I don't usually even have it with a side but if you put well steamed or boiled cauliflower into a blender along with butter, whipping cream, garlic, salt and pepper then you are going to have a good side dish even better if you have roasted garlic to add in instead of regular garlic.
