I saved this comment and I want to comment so I can remember it and like be more likely to see it later. I think the comedic framing & cadence were actually really good (even if the subject matter is uh less than pleasant)

According to the Jordanian government, the military base attacked was not in Jordan. It was the Al-Tanf base in Syria.
Funny thought, but as a heretidary monarchy the "Jordanian Government" is literally a regime, like literally, because the reg is rex from the latin or etruscan or whatever for king, and they're ruled by a king, they're literally a regime, but they don't get saddled with teh regime word. Like "The hereditary monarchy that controls this country said".
