would these be separated bike lanes ?
All the ones that they plan to do are called "protected bikeways", so I'm thinking yes.
I believe so, yes. Many of these are not novel proposals from the Greens, but are delivering on things that have been promised by the current Council for a long time...without actually delivering on that promise. Others are delivering on high-priority hotspots that cycling advocates have been calling for for a long time.
For example, Stage 5 of the North Brisbane Bikeway was agreed on between Council and State a decade ago, and the State delivered stages 1–4 as promised, but Council has stalled and restarted their part for ages. Lambert Rd and Sylvan Rd are two projects that create important links in otherwise good networks, which the current Council administration has just recently announced they're thinking about looking into. Moggill Rd is a site that has seen many deaths but the current administration has actively said they have no interest in improving things. Ann Street is an important continuation of the CityLink Cycleway.
The one in Morningside (not an area I'm very familiar with, so I don't recall the name of the road) is one that Council announced late last year they would be looking into, with an excellent mockup including parking-protected bike lanes. Unfortunately they more recently showed their actual concrete plans, and it's...not good. Just a standard unsafe on-road bike lane with a couple of plastic bollards.
I think Montague Rd might be a pretty unique Greens policy. It's not especially important as a through-route, because there's the existing Riverside Drive for that. This one is important because it's a major destination, playing host to a lot of West End's increasing density, as well as having a bunch of shops along it.
