Aren't a thing yet. Centrists can't tell the difference between a proposal and an accomplishment.
"Ultimately, a final rule must be published in the federal register to inform the public and other stakeholders.
A rule takes effect on Oct. 1 that follows the final rule's publication in the federal register by at least six months, the CFPB said.
The proposed rule on overdraft fees, the agency added, is expected to go into effect on Oct. 1, 2025."

So it isn't a thing yet. A lot can happen between now and October 1, 2025.
Until it's actually happened, it's not an accomplishment. Particularly for Democrats, who are great at proposing things but not following through.

Wait what? You think people who overdraft are going to buy cruise missiles with the $32 of fine they won't have to pay?
You do know overdraft fees happen when you don't have money, right? And cruise missle are a little more than $32. I'm picturing like maybe $55-$60...
