It seems like all of the conversation about the meta has fragmented into a bunch of discords and paywalled data aggregation. Where does an aspiring serious player go to fill in the 2-3 years of missed meta knowledge?

What do you mean by this? Does nobody cover or are you claiming the pace is too fast to catch up?
