No surprise that China leads this expansion by an enormous margin, but the US, EU, and Brazil are also building more renewables than ever before.

Adding renewables is great, but the real goal is removing fossil fuels. Right now we're just adding renewables on top of fossils, and we're going to Jevons Paradox ourselves into extinction.
