    When i first started using linux and used vim i thought "wow this sucks but i guess its all i got for now"

    Little did i know that Nano exists. Never again vim.

    Did you know nano supports syntax highlighting? For some reason it wasn't enabled by default on my first few linuxes. I don't know if it is nowadays.

    I did not know that! Tbh i haven't used linux a lot recently. Only just getting back into it for self hosting stuff. But thats good to know! Thanks :)

    Funny hiw that's the same thing i went through but i actually switched back to vim (nvim to be exact) after nano

    Everybody's experience is different for sure lol. Whatever works for you man. Vim just doesnt work for my monkey brain.
