Hi all, looking for an iOS app I can use for Lemmy.world. Mlem is absolutely not the answer, at least not anytime in the near future. Thanks for the help! Any navigation tips for mobile browsing would be much appreciated as well!

There isn't really an alternative to Mlem at present, so the only thing you can do is to make due with it for now and / or use the website. I mainly use the website at present because Mlem doesn't have a compact mode.

Ok thank you! Any suggestions on how you more smoothly navigate the website on mobile?

What problems are you facing on the website exactly? I'm just accessing my instance's website via Safari and it works pretty okay. I'd just recommend opening threads in a new tab, perhaps.

I’m mostly running into loading issues. I am also struggling to navigate and find “my feed” if you will. And I have noticed I have to click things several times before it acknowledges the request.

I’m having the same issue when upvoting in Safari. The upvote seems to register, then disappears, so I upvote again, rinse and repeat. I’ve switched to Mlem for now and it’s not having the same issue. (My instance is Beehaw, if that matters.)

That could be an issue with your instance being overloaded. I have similar issues with lemmy.ml through Jerboa and the website.
