Can't wait. No doubt usage and contributions will increase with improved interface.
For example, I usually use Connect because it lets me hide read posts. But it doesn't auto populate/suggest communities when posting, which makes it much more of a pain to share things.
Sync for Reddit let you hide read posts, so it's likely Sync for Lemmy will too.
