@clifftiger @KasimirDD Jain, _Artenschutz_ betrifft tatsächlich nur die Tiere die im Anhang der Bundesartenschutzverordnung (BArtSchV) aufgeführt sind. Was du meinst ('ohne vernünftigen Grund') kommt vom Tierschutzgesetz, was wirklich alle Tiere abdeckt.
