Conservative
A place to discuss pro-conservative stuff

Be excellent to each other. Civility, No Racism, No Bigotry, No Slurs, No calls to violences, No namecalling, All that good stuff, follow lemm.ee's rules, follow the rules of your instance, etc.

We are a Pro-Conservative forum. Posts must have a clear pro-conservative, or anti left-wing bias. We are interested in promoting conservatism and discussing things that might get ignored elsewhere. All sources are acceptable, however reputable sources with a reputation for factual reporting are preferred.

Dissent is allowed in the comments, but try to be constructive; if you do not agree, then provide a reason which is backed up by references or a reasonable alternative interpretation of the provided facts. That means the left wing is welcome to state their opinions, but please keep it in good faith.
A polite request, not a rule, if you feel the need to report a comment, please don't reply to it.

That is not how any label has ever worked.
As if you'd know anything about it
Troll harder.
Lmao salty you weren't allowed to be a worthless roach over on the other c/conservative?
Removed personal attack.
Why are you stepping in the moderate on a community you aren't in on an instance you aren't on?
And I usually don't... except for the most egregious shit.
Because Lemmy isn't always obvious: I'm an admin of the instance you have your account on.
As a reminder:
The instance-wide rules apply whenever you're logged in here, whether you interact with a local community or a federated one.
Rules which include being respectful.
I don't think I need to explain how "worthless roach" doesn't cut it.
It's all fairly simple, I believe you can do better.
Hell, I remember agreeing with you earlier today about that car killswitch bullshit and pizza being obnoxious about it.
I know you can manage to disagree with people without calling them names, even if they're annoying.
I can, but at some point, people who repeatedly refuse to extend honest discussion back no longer deserve the effort on my part.
I removed both yours and theirs BTW.
TJD is overly aggressive...
Telling them they're a troll will not really bring the best in them either...
Identifying abuse is not a form of abuse.
That's not what I'm saying either.
TJD has their own issues and they're already on thin ice with regards to their account because of their overly aggressive behavior.
To be fair, I don't think you've stooped to their level, which I do appreciate.
I deleted yours, not to censor what you said, but so that you wouldn't keep getting aggressive replies from them or someone else because the whole place was a complete disaster.
I blocked them immediately after reporting them. It's such empty shitty behavior it didn't even invite a riposte. I'll bicker with randos over any damn thing, apparently, but when it's just directed abuse built on nothing but 'nuh uh,' that's not an argument. And if I'm not permitted to tell them where to shove it and why then the list of options is short.
... also, once a parent comment has been deleted, the entire subthread effectively ceases to exist. Lemmy software has issues.
Good on you for blocking them.
As for them, I've warned them and I don't have infinite patience.
I do believe they can get their shit together and manage their anger.
If not, well... there's a button for that.
Yea, I think it makes more sense the way it's shown when you're an admin:
