What is your morning coffee process? (lemmy.world)

Do you have a go to system for coffee in the morning, if so what is? What tools do you use? What do you want to change?

        Weigh ~11g of my currently favorite lightly roasted coffee
Sort out hollow/abnormally bright/dark beans
grind it super coarsely (most beans are just about quartered)
Blow out the chaffe
Grind finely in Timemore C3 (love that thing)
Brew according to Hoffman's ultimate Aeropress recipe
Realize 11g don't come close to satisfy my caffeine addiction and start the process again - skipping all the sorting & blowing bs
Do what has to be done after morning coffee 🫡
