I don't get it, at all.
Glocks are cheap enough, though the story makes no mention of the model, which is kinda fuckin' important for judging value.
So either you're legal to buy one yourself and do so, or you get background checked at the dentist and basically pay for it through him? Which is what it amounts to. Not seeing the promotion here.
The story literally says "Glock 19," probably the most popular pistol in the country.
Like almost every similar gun promotion, you likely get a coupon that you take to a gun shop to fulfill it.
