I’m used to lack of capitalization. The problem is, you don't “buy Microsoft” if you want a Windows license.
This is the weirdest, most insignificant thing to be upset about.
Suppose you're in tech suport and yet another person just storms in, needeing Adobe on their computer. Companies have different products, and mistaking one for another is obviously miscommunication!
To be honest, I am prone to inefficient communication because every word spoken to me in person I have to pay attention & react to drains my emotional battery significantly, and it only takes several redundant words before I start screaming at people. I can restrain myself in public but that only makes me more exhausted in private, and when my grandma slowly answers “What kind of tea is this?” with “I made it an hour ago so that you don't burn your throat”, all I hear is 13 words that get nothing across and I go berserk. (The correct answer is just “Mint” – I can see it’s not smoking.)
People get upset over less significant things.

I think you may want to talk to a therapist about your unhealthy obsession with efficient dialogue.
Therapists are not known to talk efficiently
