Is there a federation issue with lemmy.world? (feddit.uk)

I've noticed today that [email protected] hasn't had any new posts or comments for about a day now.

However when I go to https://lemmy.world/c/world in the browser there's way more activity.

There are issues with several instances, from what I can tell. And they're causing issues with moderation.
I won't elaborate much more, as I still haven't heard back from Tom.
But if they're not resolved soon, we're going to eventually have a big problem.
