At 2:50:00 LT. Col. Theresa Long, MD, MPH, FS explains that there is an FDA-approved and an EUA-approved vaccine. If somoene received the EUA-approved vaccine and was harmed by it, then you can't sue anyone. Even thought the FDA-approved and the EUA-approved vaccine had the exact same ingredients. Guess what she had to administer to her soldiers..
