I live in Alberta and I've never bought stocks before.
Theres a particlar company whose stock recetly dived to under $10 usd. I use a lot of their product at work and its mostly good. I have every reason to think their stock price will rise in the long term, say over the next ten years. I'd like to invest a thousand or so. Where do I sign up and how do I move the money?
Thanks.
Either your bank’s discount brokerage, probably via a link in online banking, or WealthSimple. They have instructions how to open an account and move money. Worst case, you may be able to walk into a bank branch and ask an employee.
