Nah, I’m sick of pretending to cater to fuckwits.
Yeah, it’s obvious when someone is a shit cunt and when they aren’t.
Go argue for the *ists somewhere else because I don’t give a fuck of sympathy for them.
This kind of thing is rather frustrating, and I've seen alot of it especially in the referendum megathread and anything that involves the Voice.
Whether someone is a good person or not is entirely relative to everyone's own moral compass (I'm not going to try to argue that Hitler was a good person). And, for instance, labelling no voters as racists is not civil and respectful. Infact labelling anyone or anything for having a different philosophy to your own doesn't contribute to discussion or maintain civility and respect for fellow people. It actually allows you to entirely avoid their argument.
In regards to this post, I do believe after looking further into it that, while David and Belinda Goodwin are public figures and can be criticised, it is important to attack the argument, not the person. Thus, I find that this post does not align with the rules, I will not remove it, however ask that the post title and body are changed so we may discuss the news story itself.
