Jammer dat het artikel verder helemaal nergens op in gaat.

Goh, waarom zou dat zo zijn?

Het is gewoon ordinaire stemmingmakerij. Er zijn 20 (inderdaad tientallen, maar de kleinste hoeveelheid tientallen) minderjarigen opgepakt. Het jonge meisje op de kopfoto is voor zover ik kan nagaan uiteraard niet gearresteerd.
