It was death by a thousand cuts. But the straw(s) that broke the camel's back was selling tickets to cancelled flights; on top of the lingering scandal of people having paid for flights that didn't happen through the pandemic and not getting refunds, then they announced a $2.4 Billion profit.

People were giving them a lot of slack because we understood that the pandemic hit them real hard. But whatever goodwill they had "flew" off with that massive profit report.
