I'm waiting for my wife to give birth! We're going to have a little girl this weekend and I'm so excited. It's our first, so there's lots of nervousness about it.
Congrats dude. It's a hell of a fucking ride but it's amazing
Yeah, so we just finished up and are relaxing in the postpartum room. My god, it was a messy process there at the end.
But I got the little redhead girl I wanted, so my wife and I are very happy.

That's wicked. I'm so happy that you're that! You guys have a new family member and are doing well. It's a really weird experience becoming a dad. You know your wife is going to have a baby. You're somewhat prepared for this life-changing experience, then someone hands you a baby.
One of the things that most people don't tell you is that as a dad, you've had no time to bond with your kid. Your wife is had 9 months however feeling every little flutter every little kick. Don't worry about not connecting with your kid right away. It'll happen.
Amazing! Man its gonna be so magical for you, seeing her for the first time. Remember to take so many pictures of the little one throughout the first months cuz my god they grow FAST. Congrats to you both!
