I feel like the evil character would be allying with her, not killing her tbh
Both is correct. Killing somebody, no matter who, the most horrible way, is probably not a typical way of calling somebody "good".
Tbf, Minthara is a genocidal maniac, and killing her is definitely a net positive. Still, I kinda like her, and she hits like a truck.
