Biden already did steps 1 and 2, and step 3 is in process. So far, Biden has made the most progress on weed legalization of all US presidents 🤷

I hate when people act like the president should act like/be a dictator.
Seriously! Did they not realize that Biden tried to make good on the campaign promises but Congress didn't want to go along? Probably the same people who think the president controls gas prices with a big lever...
