Did you make the sauce from scratch or use a jar? I've made it with a jar of sauce but I always like the idea of everything from scratch.

I made a Tikka Masala from scratch this weekend! It was surprisingly easy, and shockingly close to the real thing. I followed this recent video by Brain Largerstrom.

The spice mix was just cumin, paprika, curry powder, garam masala, and chilli flakes.

From scratch. Easier than you think.

I use this recipe except I grill or broil the chicken instead.
