Suggest you block szmer.info - seems to just be a spam instance.

It appears to be a polish instance - I can't see any spam from their domain appearing in our logs as of late, can you point to examples?

I've not seen anything recently. The most recent one was https://rabbitea.rs/post/158109 Hopefully they just got overrun with spambots and have now got it under control.
