In case anyone is interested.

I'm very curious to know more about relics, I'm also personally "invested" since I have all 7 leggy runes.

I've seen that post and I don't agree with it.

He's basically saying that the new relic system will be like infusions, it doesn't make any sense to me for a set bonus.

In any case, there is no point in speculating anymore IMO, they said they'll give us info on July 18th, let's wait and read what they have to say before we jump to conclusions.
