When I have this discussion with any Danes, basically every time they call me pretty much insane for saying that I will always choose Lidl over Netto. Supermarkets in Denmark in general are quite bad, with little choice, poor quality, products not in stock, but I generally think the foreign ones like Lidl or Rema 1000 have a better standards and a little more interesting range of products. So what is yours?

PS: I wish we had ICA here

Meny is good, Irma is great but shutting down.

Føtex has a great selection and a butcher+greens department.

Netto is the best of the cheap but depends A LOT on who is running it. I have three closeby, 1 great, 1 good and 1 mediocre.
