When I have this discussion with any Danes, basically every time they call me pretty much insane for saying that I will always choose Lidl over Netto. Supermarkets in Denmark in general are quite bad, with little choice, poor quality, products not in stock, but I generally think the foreign ones like Lidl or Rema 1000 have a better standards and a little more interesting range of products. So what is yours?

PS: I wish we had ICA here

Føtex is my favourite but out of the smaller local ones I prefer Rema for daily groceries. When I need Asian specialities, I go to Coop365.

Netto was decent a decade ago, but nowadays it is shares the bottom placement with Aldi.
