When I have this discussion with any Danes, basically every time they call me pretty much insane for saying that I will always choose Lidl over Netto. Supermarkets in Denmark in general are quite bad, with little choice, poor quality, products not in stock, but I generally think the foreign ones like Lidl or Rema 1000 have a better standards and a little more interesting range of products. So what is yours?

PS: I wish we had ICA here

Daily: SuperBrugsen and Rema Regularly: Bilka and Lidl

Netto sucks. It always feels messy to me, and their produce is somehow worse (like their raspberries looks the same but somehow goes bad very fast compared to superbrugsen), the lines are long, and items don’t have prices. Self checkout solves the last two issues though.
