I am not in Canada so I can't help you sadly. But I have two questions:
They've blocked my contact and it was due to my sexual orientation so it's pretty terminal at the moment. I'm an adult, 19
Bummer. Well all I can say is, don't burn bridges with them. You never know, sometimes people turn around who you never thought would change their mind.
As for your immediate problem - finding shelter - I don't know how it works in Canada, but perhaps hit the local police station and ask for advice. In other countries, they keep emergency numbers and they can call around for you sometimes. Possibly check yourself in at the hospital: at least you'll be warm while you wait.
And also use that https://211.ca/ website. It look pretty helpful. They have web chats if you can't call or send emails.
