I actually don't remember that. Where was this?
That's because it didn't happen unless you had a 600 family member reunion or block party in Florida.
We had this regulation in Europe but it wasn't enforced unless you made a huge party. It was more an easy way out for people uncomfortable meeting others because of COVID without having to argue about it.
It never happened, this is just historical revisionism. Doubly so because the police will remove people from your house whenever you want.
It happened in Colombia too! Only gatherings of four people, no cars on the streets etc
It was probably a strongly suggested guideline instead of an actual ban.
