Back to back oil news from me today, apologies but both are big stories. For anyone that thinks Scotland is a renewable powerhouse: we've got a long way to go still!

The UK government have to obey the law, but they also make the laws. This feels more procedure than outcome based appeals. And as such I'd be astonished if HMG decide to stop this
